“I don’t know what it is, but it’s awesome.”

Dragon Con, a multi-genre pop culture convention helps make Labor Day unique in Atlanta. The festival spans four days over Labor Day weekend (August 29 -September 2, 2019) and expects more than 85,000 guests from around the world and from galaxies far, far away. It’s not held in a convention center, but rather five “host hotels,” this year’s Dragon Con is larger than ever before, with programming planned across more than 3,500 hours of comics, film, television, costuming, art, music, and gaming.

Equipment and Tech Tips used to Capture shots

Some things to consider when packing equipment for an event should be staying at a host hotel, events/celebrities to shoot, room lighting, shot list, event locations, and extra time needed between events.  It is very important to know the layout of hotels hosting the event too.
